As a leading health supplements company in Kirkland, WA serving millions of people, we feel a responsibility for the well-being of our customers.  For years, the shipping software has held us back in delivering our promise of getting people the relief they need. Shifting our fulfillment operations to ShipKasa was seamless. The system has a simple and intuitive UI, so we didn’t have to put much effort into training our staff. Within a few weeks of using ShipKasa, our processing times were cut in half. We don’t have to double-check every label. The number of errors reduced to a fraction of what we used to see with our previous system. Despite the growth in the number of orders we process, our system failures have reduced drastically.   

Our fulfillment operations have become more predictable. This has really helped the team focus on other important parts of the business instead of wasting time on software issues. In addition to improved operations and efficiency, we are seeing material financial impact. By renegotiating our shipping rates with USPS we are seeing a staggering 15% decrease in our shipping costs. We now process and ship all the orders we receive on the same day.
